Brenna is a communication specialist by day and a Pilate’s enthusiast by night! Pilates has been Brenna’s saving grace for avoiding the aches and pains that come with an office job, and started teaching Pilate’s to help others do the same! Whether you’re sitting at a desk all day or doing repetitive tasks, your body is under a lot of stress throughout the day. Brenna’s Pilates classes are designed to help you unwind and build strength to help your body bounce back from the stresses of everyday life.
