I am a Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer teaching a varius amount of fitness classses for GoodLife Fitness. I also run Team training/Bootcamps for GoodLife as well. I am passionate about fitness and healthly lifestyles and enjoy every moment when I am either teaching a class on stage to a room of 40-60 members or working with a small group of individuals. I want to help others reach their fitness goals and feel a sence of success knowing that they can do this.
