I am an AFAA certified group exercise instructor. I also currently hold a certification in Urban Kick. I have previously been certified and taught Turbo Kick, Piyo and Spinning. I have had nearly 10 years experience teaching various fitness classes to a wide variety of participants with a range of fitness levels. I am familiar and comfortable with teaching both pre-choregraphed and "freestyle" class formats. I know how to customize and tailor almost any format to fit the needs and goals of the group I'm teaching. I have a passion for strength training (particularly engaging and empowering women to embrace stregth and wellness), cardio kickboxing and step aerobics. I also enjoy teaching HIIT formats and using intervals to keep participants motivated and maximize their results in a short period of time.
