Kerri grew up in Virginia Beach and her passion for fitness and health began during her athletic career in High School. Being a multi sport athlete, she quickly learned the importance of proper and effective training. Thus leading her to pursue a BS exercise science at Longwood University, while at Longwood she honed in on exercise program development through personal training and group fitness instruction. Since graduating in 2009, Kerri has worked in many different areas of wellness including strength and conditioning, sports performance, corporate wellness, commercial fitness and, children/family fitness.
With each client or class, Kerri focuses on connecting with them and learning more about them every class. Keeping her classes fun and exciting is her priority, aiming to keep participants engaged and motivated! She loves feeling like she helped make somebody's day a little bit better as well as making progress towards their goals.
Outside of the fitness center, Kerri loves to enjoy the beach, dive into a great book, try out new exercise classes in the area, and have dance parties with her kids as much as possible.
