After 35 years in the military I now have time do the things I love such as teaching Yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. I am also a registered YogaFaith teacher, Christian Yoga. Jesus first, Yoga second and certified in Yin, Chair, PiYo and Myofascial release.
