Elizabeth Licata Cooke

Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I have been teaching yoga since 2011. I have worked with all ages from 2 to 90 years old. I have taught veterans, disabled and also the very active and fit. I have worked at hospitals, gyms, and studios (one voted best in my area in WNY). I love what I do and have large classes filled with regular students that I live teaching. I am also a photographer and a mom!
