Every journey begins with taking that first step and that step started 7 years ago for me. I was struggling with so many emotions and felt like I was spiraling down, lacking in confidence, and gaining weight. Drinking was my escape and eating junk food was my comfort. I came to realize I needed to make a change mentally and physically.

 

When my journey began, so did my passion for health and fitness. I love to have fun, to support, and to motivate others on their own journey. There is nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that builds their confidence, makes them happy, and builds strength.

 

The summer of 2020 I was diagnosed with Ductal Invasive Breast Cancer Her2 Positive. I started chemo, had a mastectomy and went through more treatments. Even though I had struggles I never let it stop me from staying active. I have a new determination and drive inside of me, to not only make a difference for myself, but for others as well.
