I am an energetic and passionate professional Yoga teacher. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I'm qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals as well as REPS.This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering.
My passion is spreading the beauty of practising yoga and bringing more peace, unity, knowledge, harmony, health and happiness to the world through The Power of Yoga! I'm registered teacher and can deliver various of classes: Vinyasa, Power, Dynamic, Hatha, Bikram, Yin restorative yoga as well as Antigravity( Aerial)  Fitness/yoga and Barrefloor classes. I'm insured and registered with the Yoga Alliance. I've been trained to work with most common injuries and use various modifications for different body types and abilities.
