have done most of my yoga instructor training thru YogaFit and continue to work towards my 200 hour teacher training completion. I strive to live a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. We practice yoga grounded in principles of non-judgement and Alignment, to crate a safe environment for every Body. I offer group classes and private sessions, as well as basic wellness coaching to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
