Gina has always had a passion for health and fitness and is an avid runner and triathlete. She believes that yoga is the perfect complement to these activities. Gina immediately fell in love with yoga after her first class in 2010, and completed her 200 hour teacher training with CorePower Yoga the summer of 2016. Not only does she love teaching and practicing yoga, but she also loves the yoga community. Current mantra: If it doesnt challenge you, it doesnt change you.
