Phyllis Sarasin

My name is Phyllis Sarasin. I recently moved to Delaware from Locust Grove VA. where I taught for seven years. I had been practicing yoga for 15 years. I became interested in teaching and began my journey in 2010 I completed my 200 hour certification in 2014. 

My husband and I love to travel and thought it might be a great thing to do travel and teach. I have a friend that shared the information and said that they are always looking for people to teach in the resorts. 

I have a philosophy that anyone can do yoga at any age. The benefits are amazing providing you practice safely with care and focus and providing it is taught by the right person.
