Abigail Tougas

Hello! My name is Abigail Tougas and I am a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor. From a young age, I have had a passion for fitness. I grew up a competetive swimmer and was an a member of the track and field team and cross country teams all throughout high school. My freshman year of college, I decided to become a certified in teaching Cycle and have loved it ever since!
