Merhay Tesfa Endrias

Born and raised in Ethiopia, started playing tennis at 3 years, started competing at age 8.

moved to Canada at age 12, continued playing at competitive level, travelled the world to play junior ITF tournaments. 

I studied food and restaurant management after high school, became a chef, à carrer that lasted over 13 years, working in high end food restaurants, tried to earn a Michelin star while working in Cork Ireland  

changed carrers in 2010, made a return to Tennis as an instructor, to eventually teach in high performance in Canada
