Elaina Krakauer

Elaina has been playing piano since she was a child, and started off her professional life in New York musical theatre, as a conductor on national touring companies, on staff at Pace University as a music director and vocal coach, and as the music director for professional summer stock houses.  In 1009, Elaina switched gears and began singing and playing piano in a dueling piano show (as well as playing drums, bass, guitar, uke, and violin in the show as well!).  She performs Top 40 hits from the 1950s to today, and enjoys taking requests, facilitating sing-a-longs, and engaging in audience participation in her shows.  Elaina's other specialty is bossa nova from her native homeland in Brazil.  Elaina enjoys performing in front of international crowds where she can showcase her knowledge of world pop music.
