Lotus Dove

Lotus has been a passionate hot yoga advocate for over 13 years on the garden island of Kauai. She has practiced yoga almost daily for the last 13 years as well as trained a few years to compete in the local regional champions, as USA Yoga has decided to bring Yoga into the Olympics. She has proven to be one of the top hot yoga instructors in LA and is starting to run retreats back to the Hawaiian islands where she first started. Lotus loves beach yoga, and also teaches both 60 and 90 minute versions of her class. Lotus also is a certified yoga instructor for children and is planning on taking certification program for the E 84 with Esak Garcia.
