Amy McPhee has had the honor of teaching the powerful art and science of Yoga since 2004.

Amy has designed classes for all ages including children, adults and seniors. Trained with Yogi Amrit Desai, a

world renown Yoga Master and pioneer in North America, she has a deep sense of the traditional intention of

Yoga including breathwork, proper alignment and meditation. She has offered many private classes for students

suffering with anxiety and depression. Her teaching style is fluid, her instruction is easy to understand, and her

calming nature helps students feel supported.
