The heart health benefits of exercising and staying fit have become a passion I am very dedicated to. I am a mother of 4 children and my personal commitment to fitness and well being are a very high priority in my life. This passion drives to me to stay fit as possible and be a role model to encourage my children and others around me to do the same.
My Love of dance started as a child and has been with me throughout my adult life. I find that great music and good moves are a great way to maintain physical and mental well being!
