I attended Northwest Christian University to recieve a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I also ran college cross country and track while I was there. I recieved a personal training certification from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I grew up very active playing most sports and am knowledgable in nutrition as well.
