Nicole Kazimer, known amongst her
followers as HelloYogaGirl, is a native
of Rochester, New York and a yogi
since 2007. Nicole graduated with a
Bachelor Degree in Finance from the
University of Buffalo and immediately
after, while working full-time, she
earned her MBA from the University
of Rochester. After a number of years
of finance experience at a desk, Nicole
left corporate America to move to
Sydney, Australia, where she received her training to become a yoga instructor.
After getting a taste for teaching, she vowed never to return to an office job and
returned to Rochester, NY to pursue her dreams of being an entrepreneur. Her
mission remains to inspire others to step outside, pause and enjoy the present
moment, and breathe in the wild air.
In late Summer of 2015, Nicole founded Hikyoga®​, a hiking and yoga fusion class
that is held on various, beautiful hiking trails in the Finger Lake and California
regions. Since then, Nicole has expanded her business throughout the US with over
20 Certified Hikyoga Instructors across the country and amassed 8,000+ followers
on Instagram and social media under the handle @Helloyogagirl where she posts
motivational encouragements and scenic yoga adventures. She has also expanded
her empire to include a fun and catchy Hikyoga brand apparel line, featuring yoga
and leisurewear that’s currently sold online and at events. In addition to her
Hikyoga®​ classes, Nicole also hosts events that make exercise comfortable and fun
for people of all levels of experience, including Yoga & Champagne, Yoga & Chill, and
yoga pairing classes with local vendors. Since the official launch of Hikyoga®​,
Nicole’s classes fill up fast and she has managed to build mutually beneficial
business relationships with local and national brands including the popular
workout-clothing manufacturers The North Face, Lululemon, and Athleta. She is
super excited on her newest partnership with The North Face as she will be
traveling to various TNF locations to share the Hikyoga love!
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, planning day trips and being active outside!
