ABOUT ME

I was born in San Francisco and I am currently working as a Group Fitness Instructor in Los Angeles, CA.  I love everything fitness related. I live an active lifestyle where I enjoy hiking, swimming, running, and sports; I currently play in an adult indoor volleyball league on the weekends. I have been a certified Group Excercise Instructor for 5 years. I currently teach weekly classes at 24 Hour Fitness and Gold's Gym in Downtown Los Angeles. Group Excercise is my passion. I love the diversity and groups of poeple who attend my classes. I work with a large arange of ages and backgrounds which gives me inspiration. I strive to motivate others to push boundaries and I am a big advocate of being your authentic 'true self'.
