Alyssa Melco

Alyssa is a native to Minnesota and grew up with a passion for staying active and living well. During her education at the University of Minnesota studying Kinesiology she began personal training and instructing group fitness classes. She launched the University Recreation facility's Yoga Sculpt program and developed other specialty classes for University students and staff to enjoy. She is a certified personal trainer with ACE, a Schwinn cycling instructor and a 200 hour yoga teacher. She currently coaches at Orange Theory Fitness and personal trains in-home through her business Nutrifit. Her passion is leading others to healthier lifestyles and making a difference in people's lives daily. In her free time she enjoys being with family, trying out new fitness formats and being active outside.
