I am a special education teacher and have been teaching for 26 years. I am a wife and a mom to two wonderful children. I am a former competitive dancer and dance teacher. I am passionate about yoga & travel. I enjoy a good time with friends and love to snuggle up and read a good book. I started practicing yoga 20 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I practice yoga daily whether it's a physical asana practice, pranayama or meditation. I currently practice a variety of yoga styles including hot, vinyasa, yin & restorative.
