Dedee believes that yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a practice of embracing life every minute of the day, for whatever it brings. She found yoga in 2008 as she struggled with knee pain while training for her first marathon. Yoga not only helped alleviate her joint pain, it left her feeling calm and renewed after every practice. That was when she began to experience its transformational benefits. Yoga has been a part of her lifestyle ever since.
Dedee is a RYT 200 graduate, and is honored to be a part of the teaching community. As a teacher she wants to share her love of yoga with everyone she meets.
Outside of the studio Dedee is an entrepreneur who believes in the possibility of creating her own reality, and following her dreams. You may also find her on the trail training for her next race. With any down time she has she likes spending it with family and friends or just simply enjoying a good read.
