Hello! 

My name is Kristi Mason I am 31 years old and have been a Certified Pilates Instructor for 3 years now. I teaching Mat level 1,2,3 and Reformer Pilates as well, specializing in Theraputic and Corrective Exercise. Previous to this I was a nurse for 7 years. I love helping people gain free and easy movement through out their body and regain/grow general strength as well as have fun at the same time!
