My name is Aleksandra and I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life. I have a Master's degree in speech-language pathology and am also certified as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a pre-postnatal specialist with the American Fitness Professionals Association. I have been teaching cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, spin, HIIT, scultping, and stretching classes for many years, as well as providing one-on-one individualized training sessions.
