I started practicing yoga in 2005 to cope with stress and anxiety. Yoga has helped me become more aware of what brings me energy and makes me feel authentically happy, and it gives me tools to feel more at peace. I believe yoga should be accessible to all and that it is a powerful way to build a stronger mind, body, and spirit of resilience to meet life’s challenges one breath at a time. Whether your new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I'll guide you through a class that is welcoming for all bodies and abilities.

With a passion for environmental conservation, I strive to not only create playful sequences to help increase vitality but also a motivational historical or cultural nugget of information about the country we are getting to experience while on vacation. When not teaching yoga on Caribbean resorts, I support an exceptional team of virtual paralegals with Back Office Betties or can be found leading a luxe yoga hike in Europe.
