I am a fitness professional whose passion is dance!  I can teach zumba and other cardio dance.  I also can teach TRX and battle rope workouts.

I have high energy and enthusiasm.  I am also a speech therapist, so communicating with exercise participants is one of my strenghts.  I can easily explain the moves with verbal, visual, and gestural cues.

I am ACE group fitness and Zumba certified.
