Emily received her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training certification from Julie Dohrman (EYRT-500) at Bend + Bloom Yoga in NYC. She is also trained in Restorative Yoga (Marlie McGovern), Yoga Anatomy (Angela Clark & Steph Creaturo, Mala Yoga), and Hands-On Assists (Denise Hopkins, Forrest Yoga Guardian). Emily completed her 700-hr holistic nutrition certification with Bauman College in 2011. Yoga has helped Emily feel more peaceful and confident about her body and life, so she teaches yoga to help others feel great, too. Her align + flow-style classes are an accessible, delicious mix of strength-building, stretching, and subtle practices (like mindful breathwork) to leave you feeling balanced.
