Jonna Capener

 I began my Fitness Instructor and Trainer Journey in 2007 in San Antonio Texas after teaching dance for over 10 years.  I started with group fitness and Personal Training certification with NASM.  Zumba and Body Combat by Les Mills were the first formats I taught in the gym studio at YMCA.  Since then, I have certified in many other formats. These include Les Mills, Spin, Cycle, Cross Fit, Cross Fit Endurance, Insanity and I have taught at multiple gyms in San Antonio.  Along side teaching in the gym setting, I also started my own training and nutrition company in 2012 and trained privately in homes, parks, HOA neighborhoods and trained employees of private businesses. I am now teaching 5 days a week at Lifetime Fitness which includes Cycle (EDGE Format) TCX (HIIT Training) and Core Strength Class.
