I have been involved in some area of fitness most of my life. I've been teaching group fitness and doing personal training for over 17 years. I am also a level 1 CrossFit coach and am certified in Pilates, Spinning, Turbo Kick, TRX, Aqua, Zumba, Zumbatomic, PIYO as well as instructing regular kickboxing and Step and Total Body classes regularly. Fitness is a way of life and I love my profession!
