KRISTIN SANDERS

Kristin teaches a variety of fitness formats, but her specialties are yoga, spin, boot camp, and mindful relaxation. She has been teaching group fitness for over 11 years and has a passion for motivating others to be their best while having a good time. Kristin earned a degree in Exercise Sport Science from Elon University. Additinoally, she is certified through ACE as a personal trainer and a holds 200hr Yoga Teacher certification, among other certifications over the years including Johnn G Spinning, Prenatal and Chair Yoga through Yoga Fit, Functional Flexibility, Sports Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. Kristin is also the lead instructor in the Extreme Yoga Bootcamp series offered by Fitness Tarantula. She created this yoga boot camp fusion to provide an intense workout that would also allow for a mind body connection and help prevent injury.
