Let me first congratulate you for your desire to invest in YOU, your greatest asset!  We have been given this one body to take us through life; let us work together to make it the best body and best life we can.

I have been practicing yoga off and on for more than 20 years.  After struggling with chronic back and neck pain, fatigue, stress, and menopause, I decided to give yoga another try.   Now, I find ways to incorporate yoga and strength training into my life every single day.  It is important to me to take a holistic approach in my life, incorporating a healthy diet of whole, unprocessed foods, with no added antibiotics and hormones; exercise consisting of running, HIIT, and yoga; as well as a daily gratitude and meditation practice.

Yoga is so much more than being flexible and learning poses. Yoga is about discipline, posture, breathing, control, and concentration. It teaches us to be still, trust, and endure. We spend most of our time caring and doing things for others. Yoga is a way to bring our attention in and take some time to nurture and care for ourselves.

I completed yoga teacher training through Moonbow Yoga & Wellness and am a registered 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.  I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have completed Sadie Nardini’s Yoga Shred Teacher Training.  I enjoy attending seminars and retreats all across the country and incorporating what I learn into my own practice.
