I have been a Certified (Licensed) Massage Therapist since 1990, and with a love of learning, I have taken many additional trainings over the years. In 2010, I attended a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and I enjoy taking additional yoga teacher traings and workshops to continue learning and growing as a teacher.
