Margaret Henly

I was born in Pennsylvania in 1960, raised in New Jersey, graduating from high Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan in 1978. I majored in Physical Therapy at  Sargent College of Allied Health Professions at Boston University, graduating in 1982. I went on to earn a Masters in Motor Learning from Teachers College at Columbia University in 1987. I have worked as a physical therapist in New York and Pennsylvania, in adult and pediatric facilities, and have studied and taught martial arts through the World Tang Soo Do Association. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2011. I completed 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012 and additional 300 hour teacher training in 2015. I was also certified in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra in 2016. I have 2 adult children living in Philadelphia PA.
