I have been in the fitness industry for the past 6 years as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and proctor.  Throughout the years I have added valuable skills to my training programs by incorporating a variety of techniques (accupressure, yoga, pilates...) and methods into workout program.  Being a strong believer in education, I am current with the fitness trends and keep my cec up to date.  One of my professional goals is to make a difference in someone else's life and lead them to a healthier lifestyle while having fun.  I am a graduate student  in counseling in psychology and plan to integrate mind and body during my sessions.  I have worked with a wide range of clients ranging from ex-professional athletes (helping them work through their injuries) to mature men and women.
