I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I've been athletic and active all my life, primarily as a ballet dancer, but also as an avid tennis player, hiker and downhill skier. And I have rehabbed the injuries to prove that lifelong commitment! My experience in fitness and in dealing with the usual setbacks any accomplished dancer or athlete has, have helped me become a better trainer and instructor, more attentive to different clients' needs, limitations and goals -- and how to help them reach those goals. Currently I teach group and private Pilates classes (equipment and mat) at a smallish studio in a Cleveland suburb. I have experience working in rehab, particularly knees and back injuries, and pre and postnatal fitness.
