Emily Matthews

Born and raised in Tennessee, I love the South and all it entails. I work full time doing graphic design and marketing, while running my own small design business on the side. I fell in love with group exercise almost four years ago and followed my dream to become an instructor about three years ago. I am a certified personal trainer and I teach group exercise 4-6 times a week at our local gym. I  enjoy staying active with my husband who is also a boot camp instructor.
