Kimerly Edwards

I have taught and travelled with FitBodies approximately 25 times, from 2001 to 2013.  Most of those visits were to Grand Lido Braco, where my husband and I formed close and supportive relationships with resort staff and local schools.  Here, I taught Nia and sometimes adapted my Nia routines to the pool environment to meet the needs of the resort, and the classes went well.  I also taught yoga/stretch classes on each visit.  We LOVE Jamaica and can't wait for our upcoming visit!
