Paige Spurgeon

I am a universtiy student with a passion for healthy living and doing what makes your heart happy.

I have played competitive sports my whole life and just recently retired from my soccer career.  Now I am getting into individual sports such as cycling, yoga, and running.

As a cycle instructor at Full Tilt, i have gained a new appreciation and love for fitness classes and hope to bring that good energy with me wherever i go.
