Chelsea McLeod

A lifelong athlete and global fitness trainer, Chelsea is the head trainer at Sydney’s #1 luxury boutique cycle and Pilates studio.

She works with high end clients, influencers, and corporate executives.

Studios such as Inspire Cycle in Brisbane and Melbourne have flown her to guest teach at their studios.

She brings her passion for group exercise to life through coaching a variety of formats, including strength/boot camp, indoor cycling and kickboxing.

 

Chelsea is also a certified integrative health practitioner helping busy corporate clients release weight and feel amazing by balancing hormones and healing gut issues. In the past year she has worked with over 200 remote clients.

In her hometown of Boston, MA, she teaches cycling at a high-profile indoor cycling studio, Turnstyle Cyle, as well as the Reebok Corporate Headquarters and Healthworks fitness. In addition to cycle, she currently teaches Les Mills programs as well: SPRINT (HIIT spin), BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT (kickboxing), and CX WORX (core).

After graduating from Rhodes College in TN where she captained her college field hockey team and competed in several NCAA tournaments, Chelsea continued to pursue her passion for sports and fitness by working in marketing for Reebok. The then got certified in her favorite group fitness formats which were critical in helping her maintain her physical strength and fitness after competitive sports. Outside of group fitness, Chelsea trains on her own in long-distance running, CrossFit, and boxing.

She fought in her first official USA Boxingfight in fall 2016 at the House ofBlues where she clinched an undisputed win. In her classes Chelsea pushes her class to hit top speeds and max power and effort, while pushing pas your limits to evolve and reach new fitness goals.
