Rachel Lewis

Hi! My name is Rachel, a Utah native currently living in Boston, MA with my husband and three little girls. I have never met a group fitness class that I didn’t like! From ages 3-18 years old, I danced competitively participating in many forms of dance. My love of dance continued through college where I regularly taught the hip hop class at Gold’s Gym (now Vasa), took advanced college dance courses, and was a member of the BYU Jazz Dance Club. Just recently, I earned a spot on the Beyond Dance Club Team at Harvard Business School. Throughout my dance experience, I taught and choreographed routines for team performances. Since college, I have become an avid runner and recently completed my third marathon. I have experience in teaching HIIT, TRX, Barre, and have participated in just about every fitness/crossfit class available. My love of fitness pairs perfectly with my diverse teaching experience in relating to all types of people and helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle in a community setting.
