- Aaron Hague
Aaron Hague is the founder and president of Resilient Human Performance. Since 2008 he has trained individuals from all walks of life, from professional athletes to those wishing to regain basic function.
He was born and raised in Portland, Oregon; stationed in Gulfport, MS; traveled all over the world and migrated back to Salem. Aaron obtained his Bachelors of science in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University in 2010, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is certified in the Functional Movement Screen.
Professionally, Aaron cut his teeth training athletes and post-rehab individuals at Courthouse Performance Training from 2010-2016. Prior to that he spent 5 years in the Navy; completed a 9 month internship with the strength and conditioning staff at OSU working with the baseball, football, and soccer teams; and worked as a post-rehab trainer at Dixon Rec Center at OSU for clinical athletic trainer Guido VanRyssegem (a prior 10 year MLB veteran) for 2 ½ years.
Beyond Aaron’s education and hands-on experience it is his passion for continuing education that sets him apart. Aaron has attended a variety of different courses ranging from traditional strength and conditioning conferences with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and United State Weightlifting to non-traditional courses with Exos, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Postural Restoration, and the Seattle Sounders Sports Science Weekend.
In his spare time Aaron enjoys spending time with his 2 kids Mia and Logan, strength training, rock climbing, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, jogging, and swimming.
