I am from Mobile Alabama and have been working as a hair stylist for over 30 yrs. I have always had an interest in fitness and enjoy helping other people reach their goals. I have been practicing many forms of yoga for over 20 years and finally decided to get my certification. I am married and have 2 daughters and enjoy my time with my family.
