I aim to facilitate healthy lifestyles in those seeking change using my many years of customer service experience, administration, and my credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer, including ongoing continuing education and accreditation to be fully effective with everyone from youth on up through to the older generation. My passion is to start with young people on the road to an exciting and healthy lifestyle where there are literally no limits, all the way on up to the older generation enabling them to have the opportunity to fully experience their golden years.
