I taught Art in the public school system for eleven years before having a "bonus" baby at the age of 39. After my sweet surprise, I left my full-time position to be a mom and teach fitness part-time. I have been teaching group fitness for six years now and continue to diversify my skills. My classes include Yogalates, YoChi, Chair YoChi, Pilates, Tai Chi for wellness, and meditation. I am also a certified personal trainer. Bottom line: I want to be a sexy grandma and love hanging around people who show up and do the work to stay strong, healthy, and centered. Teaching fitness is a perfect way to achieve this, and I can't imagine life without it.
