I fell in love with Pilates and knew that I wanted to be an instructor. I started studying and teaching friends and family right away, impossible to contain my enthusiasm. I look forward to sharing my indepth knowledge and enthusiasm for Pilates, mat, reformer, cadillac, barrel, as well as bar and trx. I speak French, Spanish, and Portuguese in addition to English.
