Nancy Demers

Hi All!  So excited to have the opportunity to bring group fitness to remote locations!  I have been a group fitness instructor since June 2013...by day I am a registered nurse.  I love love love to travel and have fun!

My class is always one big party!!  I follow the Zumba formula very closely and love to mix all of the rhythms with cultural music and popular hits.  I am easy to follow and I love to cue.  I have high energy and I love to laugh and enjoy dancing with everyone.
