Kiyomi Helland

Hi My name is Kiyomi.

Born and raised in Japan.

married 25yrs and mother to 3 wonderful children 24, 21 and 18yrs old.

I was taught to dance an early age by my father, and I was always involved in some

kind of dance and fitness.

I became a Zumba Instructor Dec 15, 2010, and got license to teach

Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids/Kids Jr, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Toning

and Aqua Zumba.

My participants are 3yrs old from Zumba Kids Jr to the 94yrs young from

Zumba Gold -Chair class!!!!
