During High School playing football I fell in love with lifting weights and general fitness. Due to a hip surgery in my youth, I struggled with minor injuries through my adolescence. This led me to seek out answers and solutions for muscle imbalances and strength deficits.
Ultimately my mother became my first client due to her fracturing her ankle. From that point onwards I was not only interested in strength and conditioning but also rehabilitation back to the point of performance. I became NSCA certified and a few years later enrolled in Athletic Therapy
I am versatile and well trained with almost all fitness tools and methods (battling ropes, kettlebells, bodyweight training, HIIT training, TRX)
Being in a pro team setting I sometimes manage up to 8-10 athletes at a time with individualized programs. On weekends when the team is traveling I program and coordinate the strength training circuits for the athletes staying behind.
With over 18 years of personal training experience and 5 seasons working with a pro soccer team I am comfortable personal training all ages, all fitness levels. Included but not limited to (adolescents, elderly, pro athletes, weekend warriors).
I have a pleasant, laid back personality. I demand quality before quantity and emphasize proper technique. I am patient and will never give up on a client!
