Chris Hogan

Ivy League student by day and party rocking DJ by night, Chris Hogan fuses technically tight mixing with song selection that ignites dance floors night after night. His unique cocktail of classics, current hits, and distinct remixes - all served with bold spontaneity - is a blend of highlights sourced from different phases in his music career. 

Chris’s early career began in high school by mixing at friends’ celebrations, sweet 16's and local middle school dances. Positive reviews of his parties spread by word of mouth, promoting additional demand for performances at proms and formals across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and New Jersey.

 In 2015, his rapidly expanding clientele and local success earned him an invite to team up with Total Control Entertainment, The Beantown Sound, and TSG Weddings, three of Boston's top entertainment companies, where he gained valuable experience at weddings and other events in a variety of New England venues. All in all, Chris has DJed at over one hundred fifty celebrations, including large-scale fundraisers for Boston Children's Hospital, the Jimmy Fund and Strokes Against Cancer.

In 2016, Chris exploded onto the college music scene, performing at an additional seventy events at Dartmouth College in his first twelve months. Effortlessly making the transition from the world of wedding classics to a party scene fueled by up and coming music, Chris earned himself a two year residency at BarHOP, a college sponsored night club. His reputation for packing dance floors spread like wildfire, transforming him into a local legend. Featured in the Dartmouth Tab and Washington Times, Chris has opened for big name artists such as Vanic, DJ Earworm, Mako, Trademark, and SEEB. Outside Hanover, Chris has opened in Groove Boston’s Proximity Tour and internationally, at Moon Palace Resorts in Cancun. The Noir nightclub spotlights Chris as a visiting artist where he brings club-rocking style to guests from all over the world. 

In 2017, Chris began his career as a music producer, expanding his skillset from the stage and into the studio. His debut remix of Akon’s Right Now (Na Na Na) is a melodic blend of pop and EDM. By combing the electric supersaws of future bass with Akon’s classic catchy pop vocals, Chris stamps his brand on his signature cocktail: classic, current, and a little bit unexpected.
